This version of the Birkin is crafted out of stunning, Hermès Vache Liegee leather, for a grainy, durable and sheen-like finish to the leather.

Released in 2004, Vache Liegee is a natural grained leather which is known to be stretched in 8 different directions and has an almost two-tone effect in the grain. This particular cut of leather also has a slight sheen and luster. Vache Liegee leather is quite often regarded the most durable of the Hermès leathers.
