The Verso Collection is Hermès’ update of their much-loved Candy Collection; a series of Birkins with contrasting interiors in multiple colorways updated seasonally by Hermès. This example is the latest version of the Verso to appear, featuring an exterior with a rather unusual color: Taupe. Unlike the much more common Etoupe, Taupe is truly taupe, an even balance of brown and gray. This is paired with a Blue Agate chevre interior and Palladium hardware. We don’t know how much longer Hermès will produce Verso bags, or how many other combinations they’ll release, but this store-fresh example uses particularly special shades to stand apart from the rest.
